Where is the Maison Paramédicale du Pafendall?
The practice is at 45 rue Laurent Ménager, L-2143 Luxembourg, in the Pfaffenthal district at the heart of Luxembourg City. It is reachable on foot from the Upper City via the Pfaffenthal panoramic lift, by bus, by funicular and by car (nearby parking).
Which disciplines are offered?
The practice brings together physiotherapy, osteopathy, naturopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and wellness massage. 10 specialised practitioners welcome you Monday to Friday, 7am to 8.30pm.
How do I book an appointment with a physiotherapist or osteopath?
Booking is online via Doctena for physiotherapists and osteopaths, Salonkee for naturopathy, and HopeForYourBody for massages. Each practitioner page has the direct link. You can also call +352 691 103 069.
Is physiotherapy reimbursed by CNS in Luxembourg?
Yes. All sessions prescribed by a doctor are reimbursed by the Caisse Nationale de Santé (CNS). The standard rate is 70 % for adults with common pathologies, and 100 % for children under 18, severe pathologies and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Do I need a prescription?
For physiotherapy, yes: a medical prescription is required for CNS reimbursement. For osteopathy, naturopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture and massages, no prescription is required — direct access.

Does the practice have a gym for rehabilitation?
Yes. A fully equipped gym is dedicated to active rehabilitation, strength training and physical preparation, supervised by the physiotherapists.
What is a VALD assessment?
VALD is a cutting-edge technology for precise biomechanical assessment of muscular strength, power and performance. Ideal for athletes, post-operative patients or anyone wanting to objectively monitor their rehabilitation.
How much do consultations cost?
Official CNS rates apply for physiotherapy (ZK10: € 46.43; ZK11: € 55.71; ZB10: € 55.71). For other disciplines, fees are listed on each practitioner page. See the Pricing page for full detail.
Which languages are spoken at the practice?
All practitioners speak French and English. Victor Van Espen (osteopath) also speaks Luxembourgish, and Antonio Bologna (physiotherapist) also speaks Italian.
